Recommended usage, 30 minutes after your workout. If you only use it once a day uses it post-workout, preferably in milk, a low acid fruit juice or a sports drink.
Can also be consumed in smoothies, or stirred in yogurt or cereal. An ICE WPI shake in your choice of liquid (e.g. milk, nut milk, or water) makes an ideal between-meal snack.
